At Arshil Industries Private Limited, we are committed to ensuring timely, reliable, and transparent delivery of our manufactured products. This Shipping Policy outlines our shipping terms and procedures for business clarity and operational efficiency.

Shipping Locations & Processing Time

We ship our products to most locations within India.

At present, we do not offer international shipping through this website. For export enquiries or special logistics requirements, customers are requested to contact us directly. 

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days from the date of order confirmation, subject to product type, quantity, and manufacturing readiness.

Orders confirmed after business hours, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Shipping timelines vary depending on order size, destination, and logistics arrangements. Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Standard Freight Shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Priority / Express Shipping: 3–5 business days (subject to availability and additional charges)

Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, regulatory checks, or logistical constraints.

Shipping Charges & Order Tracking

Shipping charges are calculated based on:

  • Delivery location • Shipment weight and volume • Selected shipping method

All applicable shipping charges will be communicated and agreed upon before dispatch.

Once an order is dispatched, shipment details and tracking information will be shared via email or phone, wherever applicable. Tracking availability depends on the logistics partner and shipping method selected.

Undeliverable Shipments & Damaged or Lost Shipments

If a shipment is undeliverable due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer • Refusal to accept delivery

Any additional costs incurred for re-shipping or return logistics shall be borne by the customer.

We take reasonable care to ensure secure packaging and safe handling of all shipments. However, if goods are received in a damaged condition or are lost in transit, customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide: Order details & Clear photographs of the damaged packaging or products. This will help us coordinate with the logistics partner and work toward a resolution.

Cancellation & Changes

Orders may be canceled or modified before dispatch, subject to production status. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations or changes will not be possible. For assistance, please contact us at the details below.
